Slinger / Banksman Course
This course provides training for delegates wishing to act as slinger/banksman when moving loads by crane in the workplace. The duration of the course will be 1-3 days, depending on the experience of the delegates. The course provides training as referred to in the laws relating to health and safety and work equipment, enabling employers and employees to fulfil their legal obligations.

Candidates will take a short written test, and complete a practical assessment. They will receive a course handout summarising the topics covered and successful candidates will receive a certificate of competence. £695.00 plus VAT per day and course can last between 1 to 3 days. The day rate for the course provides training for up to six candidates. This course is usually run on client’s sites but we can accommodate training within a suitable training centre.
