Display Screen Equipment Awareness
This course is aimed at users of display screen equipment (DSE) and those responsible for assessing display screen equipment. A ‘user’, is anyone who regularly uses display screen equipment for a significant part of his or her normal work. Both employers and employee‐users have responsibilities under the legislation. This course fulfils your statutory training obligations and covers among other things, the correct way to set up and use your display screen equipment safely.
8 modules, with questions at the end, including:
• Chair and Screen Adjustments
• Workstation Layout
• Work Environment
The course is split into modules, which can either be completed in one sitting, or saved and the course will recommence once the user returns. The suggested duration for this course is 1 hour however; this does not take into account thinking time for questions. You are given the chance to review all your answers at the end of each module before final submission and each module requires a pass rate of 70%. On successful completion, a certificate of training is automatically generated. £25.00 plus VAT per candidate.
