Project Overview

Innovatus Safety was approached by Aston University’s prestigious Business School to support development of initiatives providing SMEs with tools to promote business and enter new industry sectors.

Innovatus Safety had several one-to-one sessions with advisers from the project team. Subject matters included determining how to implement growth both in terms of revenue and increasing team size.

The toolset developed and then tested by Innovatus Safety supported areas in which the business was already undertaking activities, identifying processes and skills that were fit for purpose and areas where there was scope for continuous improvement.

The research and results provided by the project encouraged Innovatus Safety to review its business strategy and also identify how to approach plans of growth within new sectors.
